The WE Rise mentoring program supports students' personal and professional development by facilitating close relationships with mentors across diverse engineering professions.
Throughout the academic year, students have the opportunity to gain tailored guidance and support.
Fall and winter quarters: WE Connect
Designed for first and second-year engineering students, WE Connect offers a peer-to-peer and faculty mentoring session to help students build confidence, community and clarity as they navigate early academic pathway.
Winter and spring quarters: Professional Mentoring Program (PMP)
Upper-division students are matched one-on-one with engineering professionals for personalized mentoring experiences. PMP helps students refine career goals, expand their network and prepare for life beyond graduation.
