The WE Rise Mentoring program pairs students of all backgrounds in the College of Engineering with supportive mentors who provide encouragement and insights about gender inclusion in the field of engineering.
Throughout the academic year, students gain tailored guidance and support to cultivate a sense of belonging for all in the field of engineering, including women and gender-diverse individuals.
Fall and winter quarters: WE Connect
Designed for first and second-year engineering students, WE Connect offers a peer-to-peer and faculty mentoring session to help students build confidence, community and clarity as they navigate early academic pathways.
