Corporate Sponsor Registration

Thank you for sponsoring the Women in Science & Engineering (WiSE) program and joining us for the WiSE Conference. Business and industry representatives have the opportunity to connect with approximately 200 students during the WiSE Conference and career/resource fair. See our Sponsor Benefits for details.

This year, the career/resource fair portion of the event takes place from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. See Fair Schedule for details.

2016 Conference Registration

Corporations

All corporations participating in the career/resource fair should register prior to 5 p.m. on Friday, February 19th, 2016. Please use the registration form. Enter Corporate Discount Code: SPON2016.

Corporate Representatives

Additional corporate representatives are welcome to participate in the entire conference for a fee of $50. Please invite individuals to register using the registration form. Enter Corporate Discount Code: SPON2016. Lunch is included.

After registration, you will receive an email verifying your registration. Additional information materials and instructions will be sent to you approximately two to three weeks preceding the conference.

Location

The 2016 WiSE Conference takes place at the Husky Union Building (HUB). Parking is complimentary for registered vendors but you must stop at a parking gatehouse to get a permit.

Corporate Career/Resource Fair Schedule

You have access to the room all morning for table setup. Please be ready to meet with students by 12:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m. – 11:55 a.m. Check-in and table setup
12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Career/Resource Fair
Tables should be staffed during this time. Tables can remain set up and unstaffed throughout the remainder of the conference.

Resources Available

Each company receives one 6 x 6 table and two chairs. Please bring your own extension cord and table drape.

Company Marketing Materials

Bring company marketing materials and handouts for approximately 200 students.

For all mailed items, please bring a completed shipment form with your billing account information so we can return unused items.

Raffle Item

Please bring a novelty item to donate to our series of conference raffles. This item should be more substantial than the items available at your table. Each table will be provided a container to place on your table to collect raffle tickets/slips for your selected giveaway. Raffle drawings will happen after the fair and winners announced at the closing program.
