Speaker Bio: Ginna Raahauge

Ginna Raahauge is Vice President of Cisco’s Customer Value Chain Management Information Technology Division (CVCM IT). Her responsibilities include order management, supply chain, manufacturing, tax/customs, export, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable processes. She applies almost two decades of industry experience to align her vision, strategy and execution plan to today’s ever-changing global market transitions.

Ginna oversees a worldwide team of more than 700 Cisco employees and contractors, including an India-based development center. She has extensive experience with outsourcing and hybrid model offshore development and is responsible for CVCM IT’s Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) transformation in a high availability environment, which runs all of Cisco's supply chain and ordering capabilities 24x7 worldwide.

Prior to her current role, Ginna led Cisco’s Technical Services Information Technology function, which included oversight of a $5 billion Cisco division with a $63 million budget.

She was formerly the Director of the Office of the CIO at Taos, Inc. It was here that Ginna led a consulting practice focused on strategic and senior leadership positions, helping clients develop strategy roadmaps, business alignment, and re-positioning IT leadership as business leadership.

Earlier in her career, Ginna was Vice President of Global IT and Real Estate for PalmSource (formerly Palm, Inc.), where she presided over the design and launch of strategic global implementations for IT infrastructure, applications, and operations. In this role, Ginna directed all global real estate initiatives for expansions, reductions, and re-negotiations. She also conducted Merger & Acquisition risk assessments and evaluations driving projects through integration. Before joining Palm, Ginna was a Senior Global Project Manager at Seagate Technology, and started her career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant focused on global large scale implementations of SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning projects. When she is not working, Ginna enjoys waterskiing, traveling, running marathons and spending time with family, including her cat and two dogs. She serves on the board of MentorNet and supports a number of animal shelters.

Ginna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
