Reservations can be made by current College of Engineering students, staff, and personnel with a valid UW NetID up to two weeks in advance.

How to reserve
- Reservations can be made through mymazevo.com.
- The maximum duration of a reservation is limited to 3 hours a day.
- Reservations can be made 2 weeks in advance by current College of Engineering (CoE) students, staff, and personnel with a valid UW NetID.
- Each person is allowed to reserve only one space at a time.
- If a reservation is not claimed within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the space may be made available to another individual/group.
- Reservations are only valid during the facility’s open hours.
- Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
- Reservations for larger events of 8 people or more can be made through the Mazevo system by current CoE students, staff, and personnel with a valid UW Net ID.
- Mazevo accounts are linked to UW NetIDs.
- Select "College of Engineering" on the organization page, then fill out a new request.
- Requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Reservations will be approved by the IEB Events team on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority given to personnel within the College of Engineering.
- If a reserved time will not be used, please notify IEB Events as soon as possible.
Who can reserve
Study and collaboration spaces are available for reservation by College of Engineering (CoE) students. Access may be limited to those currently enrolled in engineering courses or programs for approved spaces.
Staff and Faculty from College of Engineering departments have access to reserve rooms at IEB. For any issues, please email iebevents@uw.edu and include your UW NetID as well as which CoE department you work with.

Browse through IEB spaces and/or visit IEB in-person to ensure you are requesting the correct room. Email iebevents@uw.edu for other questions not included in the frequently asked questions.
Resetting a password
- UW users: Mazevo accounts are linked to the UW NetID system.
- Follow UW IT's protocol for retrieving or changing passwords.
