Program areas include Student Academic Services, study abroad, and academic integrity and misconduct policies and procedures. Oversees graduate studies and our professional master’s program. The Office for the Advancement of Engineering Teaching & Learning works with all engineering educators looking to improve their teaching and course outcomes.
The Career Center @ Engineering helps students with exploring careers and seeking positions, guidance in establishing an experience portfolio and resume, networking opportunities, and skill development through a variety of workshops and events. The Industry Capstone Program brings together UW students and companies to tackle real-world, multidisciplinary engineering problems.
Office of Advancement
Judy Mahoney, Associate Dean

Office of Diversity and Access
Recruits top high school students to UW engineering, with an emphasis on reaching high-achieving women, underrepresented minorities, and low-income students. Diversity & Access programs enrich students' educational experiences by providing financial, social, academic, and cultural support.

Kojay Pan, Associate Dean
Serves as the financial and operational lead in the College of Engineering, tasked with crafting and shaping financial, budgetary, administrative, and operational policies and strategies to meet the evolving needs of the College.
