As part of the PEERs fall seminar, “Leadership Development to Promote Equity in Engineering Relationship, ” students create a presentation on the topic "What might our engineering peers need to know from this class to make the engineering environment more inclusive and welcoming?" as part of their final. The class has explored topics such as diversity in science and engineering, impact of unconscious bias, community engagement, leadership, building allies, etc.
These presentations are the basis of presentations given by PEER Leaders at conferences, in classrooms, and to various groups and programs across campus.
Presentations by the PEERs Leaders can be found on the PEERs Leaders page.
