Presentation
Presentations are arranged with the Co-op office during the quarter following the conclusion of the work term (the Co-op job). Common formats for completing the presentation requirement include:
- Presenting to a class
- Presenting to a student organization
- Serving on a student panel at an event
- Assisting your Co-op employer at an on-campus recruiting event
Presenting about one’s Co-op work experience gives students an opportunity to practice sharing technical information with a non-technical audience, increase confidence in this area and develop an appreciation of the importance and reliance on oral presentation skills in all fields of engineering.
