Co-op Learning Objectives Report

The Learning Objective Report is designed to provide students with an opportunity to practice key tools to professional development and learning within a structured environment. Goal setting and self-reflection lay the groundwork for a lifetime of learning and encourage intrinsic motivation.

In addition to the defined learning outcomes for the Engineering Co-op & Internship Program, students develop their own individual learning outcomes.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Prior to completing the survey, you should meet with your direct supervisor and discuss your learning goals and how they tie into your job responsibilities. Use your UW email to avoid receiving multiple email reminders. You can stop at any time and return to the survey later.

DEADLINE:
Make sure to SUBMIT the learning objective report before the deadline (3rd week on the job or 3rd week of each quarter, whichever comes first). Further details are on the survey.
