During Co-op: A To Do List
Students are registered, by the course administrator, in ENGR 321 while they are working. The quarter after the work period ends, students are registered in ENGR 322. Credit for both ENGR 321 & ENGR 322 is earned after requirements for both are completed.
Follow these steps to make sure you meet the requirements for earning Co-op credits:
- Pre-work self-assessment
Due date: Prior to starting your co-op position.
How to complete/submit: Select the appropriate Catalyst survey for your work period. - Co-op Learning Objectives report form
Due date: Third Friday of each quarter you are working.
How to complete/submit: Select the appropriate Catalyst survey for your work period. - Employer evaluation
Due date: Last week on the job.
How to complete/submit: A Catalyst survey link will be sent by the Co-op office to your employer. You, the student, should remind your supervisor to submit a response. - Post-work self-assessment
Due date: Submit at the end of your work period, but NO LATER than the first week of the quarter you are registered for ENGR 322, unless you are registered in ENGR 321 & ENGR 322 concurrently.
(Students are registered in ENGR 322 by the Engineering Co-op & Internship office the quarter following the end of the student's work experience.)
How to complete/submit: Select the appropriate Catalyst survey for your work period. - Co-op report
Due date: Submit the report at the end of your work period, but NO LATER than the first week of the quarter you are registered for ENGR 322, unless you are registered in ENGR 321 & ENGR 322 concurrently.

How to complete/submit: Log in to Catalyst Tools with your UW NetID and submit via the "Collect it" tool (available after you are registered for ENGR 322). - Presentation
Due date: During the quarter you are registered for ENGR 322, unless you are registered in ENGR 321 & ENGR 322 concurrently.

How to complete/submit:
Respond to the email sent to you during the first few weeks of the quarter to confirm your presentation date & time. There are a number of different ways to give your presentation:- Student Panels

- Employer recruitment presentations
