Employer Evaluation
The work supervisor completes an online employer evaluation of the student's performance near the end of the student's work period. This is very much like the performance evaluations received in a student's future professional life. It's a great opportunity to learn about what the employer thinks so the student can learn from that information. We encourage you and your supervisor to review the evaluation together.
Be sure to have your employer complete the assessment corresponding to the student's major.
If you are ending your Co-op job at the end of Winter 2013, please click on the major to go to the corresponding employer evaluation:
