Group Organization

We now use a Google Group to organize the initiative. This is helpful because it gives us a central location for file-sharing, discussion boards, and an email listserve. You can get an introduction to Google Groups here. Check out the screen shots below of the layout and note how we use this tool to stay organized.

This is the home site for the group. This gives all the girls easy access to each other's information as well as mass group communication like the listserve.

We are able to store files within the group, so the presenters can download slides, activities, and share best practices.
