Availability Scheduling

* The same method of scheduling has worked for us for several years. Here is a reference to how we set it up in the first year*

When you offer women positions as presenters in your women's initiative, you must find a way to keep track of each of their given availability so that you can schedule meetings and visits. We use Google Calendars and they have worked really well.

By clicking on the screenshot, you can see that it lays out everyone's schedule so you can match up which presenters are available for a given visit. To learn how to use Google Calendars and to see how to set one up for your program, visit their online tutorial.
