Student Clubs & Competitions

Joining an engineering club help you get to know fellow students and develop key teamwork and leadership skills. Choices include clubs that compete in international design/build competitions, UW chapters of professional societies, service and leadership organizations, and culture or identity-based organizations. Experiential learning is a key part of engineering education at the UW. Your capstone project allows you to complete a substantial engineering project from start to finish, often in coordination with an industry partner.
