Engineering Advising and Diversity Center (EADC) ENGR 199 Study Class
Engineering 199 is a one-credit study class administered by the Women in Science and Engineering program within the College of Engineering. The class is offered as a credit/no-credit class and can be taken up to three times for credit. A primary requirement of the class is that you study for three hours a week in 207, 215, or 301 Loew Hall. This time can also be used for group study or meeting with your tutor in one of these two locations. Your study time must be recorded on time sheets which are located in a three ring binder labeled "Engineering 199W" in these locations. Please log in your hours when you use the facility as time sheets will be checked by WiSE staff on a regular basis. You may have a time sheet in just one or each of the locations listed above. At the end of each quarter, please submit your timesheets to the WiSE Staff in Loew 301.
In addition to the study hours, a one page paper reflecting on your use of the study time and benefits of having the time requirements imposed on your schedule must be turned in. Fall 2005 date has not been set. This paper must be typed in a font no larger than 12 point and include your name and Student ID number.
