Materials Science & Engineering
In addition to the traditional training in ceramic and metallurgical engineering, engineers from this program have background in dielectric and semiconductor materials, polymers, structural materials, composites, nanotechnology, and electronic materials. This broad and interdisciplinary background prepares them for work in large scale manufacturing, electronics, materials processing, and a diverse group of small companies as well as graduate studies.
