Housing Assignments

Housing and Food Services (HFS) expects to have space available during the Engineering Bridge Program for all students who apply for housing. Engineering Bridge housing will be in conjunction with housing for students participating in the Early Fall Start program.

If you apply for housing by July 1 for both Engineering Bridge and the 2009-10 academic year, most likely you will be assigned to the same room in Lander Hall for both periods. You may, however, be assigned to a different room if you have requested a theme community, such as Engineering Community, for autumn quarter.

If you apply after July 1:

  • Most likely, you will be assigned to a triple room for the Engineering Bridge period even if you are assigned to a double room for the academic year.
  • You may be assigned to a different residence hall and/or room for the academic year.

If you are assigned to a different room for Engineering Bridge than for the academic year, you will be required to move from your Engineering Bridge room to your academic year room on Sunday, September 20, 2009.
