Grades and Transcripts
Grading System Options
Refer to UW Graduate School for the grading system for graduate students.
To request a Satisfactory/Not-Satisfactory grading option for a course, send a written request to Registration Services at UW PCE via email or fax. Be sure to include:
- Your name
- Your student ID number
- Course abbreviation and number
- Course title
- Detailed request of action
If you need to drop from a course or withdraw from the quarter, refer to Course Registration.
Transcripts
Grades are available on your UW transcript by the date indicated on the UW Academic Calendar. Contact your course instructor if your grade is missing.
