The Engineering Advising and Diversity Center team recruits a diverse, high-quality student population to study in the College of Engineering and encourages students to persist to degree completion through experiential education, community building, and information about the fields of engineering.

The College of Engineering's Engineering Advising and Diversity Center, led by Dr. Carmen Sidbury, consists of college staff and leaders from student service programs in the college with the overall goal of developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the future.
