To secure a room reservation, please make your reservations by September 16, 2009 and indicate you are booking your room under the "UW On-Ramps Workshop " to receive the group rate.

The 2009 On-Ramps into Academia workshop room rate is:

1 King...$129 (+ 15.6% room tax) per night

Reservations made after September 16, 2009 will be based on availability only.

Shuttle service between the Silver Cloud Inn and the On-Ramps workshop will be provided before and after the workshop session on both days.
