Welcoming a New Class of Innovators
Dear Friends of Engineering,
This year the University of Washington’s College of Engineering has attracted thirteen outstanding new faculty members to our departments. Trained at leading institutions around the world, these exceptional researchers and teachers will work across disciplines to advance engineering. From nanotechnology to photonics to human-computer interaction and design and beyond, this diverse and talented group will work collaboratively to tackle some of today’s most pressing issues.
The UW's College of Engineering is growing strategically. We're expanding in ways that will help educate tomorrow's engineers and prepare us for where engineering is headed in the next 20 years. We are excited to have these distinguished professors join our community.
