Scholarship Program
HP Scholars Program is an award offered to students who plan to major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. HP Scholars recieve a $12,000 scholarship, a laptop, printer, handheld, three internship opportunities, mentoring, and a possible career with HP. Each HP Scholar works closely with an email mentor throughout the school year. Together they will complete a step-by-step career building process, which includes activities such as networking, resume writing, job coaching, and academic advisement. The program is about getting to know students from different ethnic groups who share the same career interests. Students interact and build relationships with other HP Scholars on their campus and HP Scholars they encounter while interning.
