Accommodations & Transportation
Hotel Accommodations:
The 2009 conference hotel is The Cosmopolitan, located across the downtown square from the conference site, the Fayetteville Town Center.
To secure a room reservation, please make your reservations by June 14, 2009 and indicate you are booking your room under the "LEAD Conference" to receive the group rate.
The 2009 LEAD workshop room rates are $99.00 per night.
Reservations made after June 14, 2009 will be based on availability only.
Airport Transportation:
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Fayetteville. CTS Shuttle will schedule and provide airport transportation between the airport and the The Cosmopolitan Hotel or Fayetteville Town Center.
The rates are:
$25 per person/each way for a 2 or more passenger ride
$45 per person/each way for a single passenger ride
Please make your shuttle reservations a minimum of 10 days in advance, and consider reserving your airport transportation for both your day of arrival and day of departure. To arrange for shuttle service, contact:
