The College of Engineering (CoE) has student exchange agreements with several foreign universities including those listed below. Click here to view a list of our exchange universities. The list includes web links to the universities.
Applications must be submitted on-line at http://www.seng.ust.hk/exchange/index.html . Applications for entry Fall 2006 are accepted until 31 March 2006. For Spring
KTH will offer two stipends of $3,000 US dollars each year.
The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) is the largest and oldest technical university in Sweden, situated in a historical campus close to the city centre of Swedens capital, beautiful Stockholm. The education and research carried out at the university is of highest international standards and covers a broad spectrum of subjects from natural sciences to all branches of technology. The focus areas are: Information technology, Biotechnology, Technical bioscience, Material and nanoscience, Urban engineering, Energy technology, Sustainable development, Technical mechanics and Architecture and design. As an international student, you will participate in all activities arranged by the student union. KTH is the international university in Sweden with more than 700 exchange students from all over the world.

Tampere University of Technology (TUT) is the second largest university of technology in Finalnd. TUT has a lively campus of 12,000 engineering and architecture students. TUT has a wide course offering in English in the fields of Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Machine Automation, Materials Science, Radio Frequency Electronics, and Science & Bioenginering (Environmental Engineering & Biotechnology). Undergraduate courses are taught in Finnish.
