Conference Location

The VMMC is held in Kane Hall on the University of Washington campus. Just north of downtown Seattle, the University of Washington campus occupies 684 acres bordering Lake Washington and is host to 35,000 students.

Parking

You may pre-purchase a parking permit for the entire conference when you register. Your permit will be mailed to you in advance. Cost is $48. You may also purchase parking on a daily basis for $12 at any main campus entrances. Parking permits are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or forgotten.

Travel

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is located 30 minutes south of campus and is served by all major airlines. A shuttle service operating 24 hours daily provides transportation between the airport and lodging establishments.

Accommodations

A limited number of hotel guest rooms have been reserved for conference participants at a special rate* listed below. Most of the hotels are within walking distant from the University of Washington. To reserve your room by phone, contact the hotel directly or you can click on the hotel name to find information on the facility and to make an on-line reservation.
