2009 Exhibitor Prospectus and Application

Dear Vehicle Maintenance Professional:

On behalf of the entire Vehicle Maintenance Management Conference Planning Committee, I would like to invite your organization to become a part of the 2009 Exhibit Program held in conjunction with the 58th Annual Vehicle Maintenance Management Conference on the University of Washington campus in Seattle.

The VMMC exhibit program includes a two-day indoor booth venue and one-day outdoor equipment display area. You may choose to have a smaller display exhibit in the indoor hall, show your larger equipment/vehicles in the outdoor exhibit area, or do both with the Combo display package which gives you both indoor and outdoor display spaces.

The indoor exhibit program will be held on Monday, March 23 and Tuesday, March 24, on the second floor of Kane Hall, adjacent to the technical session rooms. The Outdoor Equipment Exhibit will be held on Tuesday, March 24 in the area adjacent to Kane Hall. Please refer to the exhibitor prospectus for details on each of the programs. Please note: if you are applying for an indoor space you must include the Application for Exhibit Space with your application. If you are applying for an outdoor space you must include the Outdoor Display Information Form.

We are excited about the expanded display program, which offers equipment and service suppliers a cost-effective means for reaching a valuable audience in the vehicle maintenance sector. I urge you to consider taking advantage of this exciting opportunity and look forward to seeing you in Seattle!
