The conference registration fee of $450 US ($550 US after July 25) includes the proceedings, refreshments, lunches, receptions and the Bell Harbor Gala. You will receive a namebadge which serves as admission to the general and concurrent sessions, poster sessions, lunches and evening events. The registration fee for the Special Guest Program is $137 and includes the receptions, the Bell Harbor Gala, breakfast at the Space Needle and a tote bag.

Conference Cancellation
Refunds will not be given for cancellation after July 25, 2001.
Pre-Conference Tutorial Registration
Register for your choice of pre-conference tutorials by completing the tutorial
registration form and including it with your conference registration. The
fee for each tutorial includes instruction, course notes and refreshments.
Tutorial descriptions. The tutorials will be
held at the WestCoast Grand Hotel on Fifth Avenue in downtown Seattle. Download

Tutorial Cancellation
A refund of the fee less $25 will be granted if requested at least two weeks
prior to the tutorial; no refunds will be given after that date, but substitutions
are welcome.
