and and may not be included in the conference proceedings.
Paper and Abstract Preparation Guidelines
The Specifications for Papers should
be followed closely.
Author Notification
You will be notified that your paper has been received. If you do not receive
this notification, it is your responsibility to verify receipt of the electronic
documents.

Your paper has been accepted on the understanding that:
Poster Presentations
All authors are required to mount a poster paper. Further details regarding
posters is available at Poster Preparation Guidelines.
Submission of Electronic Version of
Paper(s)
Submit your paper of up to 15 pages in length including tables, figures
and photographs (graphics may be in color) according to the Specifications for Papers referenced above.
Authors should submit files for papers in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format. Please
note that the final format is .pdf. We will accept papers in Microsoft Word,
however, it is highly recommended that you convert your paper to .pdf. Unless
you submit you paper in .pdf, we are unable to guarantee the conversion
to .pdf. All graphics (tables, figures and photographs) must be embedded
(do not link), either within the text or at the end of the paper.
Short Abstract Submission
Please include an abstract of up to 250 words to be included in a book of
abstracts to be handed out at the conference. The conference proceedings
will be handed out at the conference, but will only be available on CD ROM.
Submission Instructions
We request that you submit your short abstract using the On-line
Information Form. On this form you will be asked to include your
short abstract and to respond to the reviewer comments. In addition to completing
this form, you should submit your final paper as an attachment.

Conference Registration
All conference participants including presenting authors must register and
pay the conference registration fee. Conference registration information
will be included in the Advance Program to be mailed in March. This information
is available on the conference web site also: Registration
Information.
