CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The conference registration fee of $350 ($400 after December 1) includes continental breakfasts, lunches, opening reception, the Tuesday special event, and the conference banquet. All attendees must register.
Participants will receive a name badge which secures admission to the general sessions, poster sessions, break-out sessions and workshops, industry tours and the evening events.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Register before December 1 to obtain the lower registration fee. Acknowledgments confirming registration will be sent to participants for registrations received by December 20.
After December 20, registrations will be accepted on site only.
Cancellation Policy - Refund of the registration fee less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if requested by December 30, 1999. No refunds will be granted to registrants whose cancellation notification is received after December 30 , 1999.
