Due to the delay in issuing Phase II of the permit we have postponed this conference. The Washington State Department of Ecology target permit issuance date is September 2006 but is dependant on volume and nature of comments received. Exact dates and location of the conference will be determined.

How do you implement Phase II of NPDES and when? Learn the latest on how to implement your Phase II, NPDES Stormwater Permit. You will receive practical guidance presented from different perspectives on how meet the implementation requirements. Learn how to address the minimum control measures required by the permit. Become familiar with legal requirements, scientific and legal terminology, and pollution prevention measures.
