Registration
July 27 Update:
Late registrants may register at the colloquium Registration
Desk in Kane Hall on the University of Washington campus. The registration
desk will be open on Sunday, July 29, between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00
p.m. The desk will be open beginning Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. Registration
forms will be available for you to complete at that time.

Fees
Regular and student registration fees include admission to all
colloquium sessions, Proceedings CD, opening and farewell receptions, the
cruise with salmon dinner excursion, refreshment breaks, and conference
materials. Accompanying guest registration includes the opening and farewell
receptions, Monday breakfast guest orientation and motorcoach tour of Seattle,
and the Wednesday cruise and salmon dinner excursion.
The August 2 banquet is optional and the ticket price is $45.
