Presentation rooms will be equipped with the following audiovisual equipment*:
We will attempt to accommodate requests for data projection upon request. If your presentation requires data projection for displaying presentations created with PowerPoint, please e-mail the ICDERS Secretariat by July 20 with your request to have this equipment available. We also ask that all presenters bring a back-up of their computer presentations output to either transparencies or slides.
Presenters will need to provide their own laptop computer. Presentation rooms are not equiped with computers. Please include all cables including the electrical cable for your laptop.
It is important that you make your request known prior to arriving at the meeting.
