The following journals encourage submissions of full-length articles of papers, which have been presented at the 18th ICDERS:

Authors seeking archival publication should submit their full-length manuscript to the designated special editor of the journal whose content is most relevant to their paper. Submitted manuscripts will be peer reviewed, and if accepted may be subject to revision, following the procedures of the relevant journal.
Authors should inform the special editor, by email, of their intent to submit a manuscript for review on or before the end of the Colloquium. The email message should include the title of the manuscript, the names and contact address of the authors. Prior to submitting a manuscript, authors should review the guidelines of the special editors of the relevant journal.
As reviewed and revised manuscripts must conform to the stylistic standards of the relevant journal, authors should also consult instructions for authors on one of following web sites to ensure that their manuscript conforms to that journal's standards.

Combustion Science and Technology
Papers from the 18th ICDERS will be published as a special issue of the CS&T.
The deadline for manuscript submission is September 1, 2001. Manuscripts should be submitted to either William A. Sirignano or Forman A. Williams.
The name, mailing address, phone number with country code, and e-mail address of the corresponding author should be provided with the submission of the manuscript.
Three hard copies of the manuscript should be provided by mail for the review stage.
Electronic copies, faxes, and hand-deliveries to the special editors in Seattle will not be accepted.
Combustion Theory and Modelling
There is not a special issue of Combustion Theory and Modelling devoted to ICDERS manuscripts. Papers will appear as they are accepted, after review and revision, in the appropriate issue. Authors should include this statement in the Acknowledgments at the end of the paper:
"This paper was presented at the 18th International Colloquium on the Dynamics of Explosions and Reactive Systems, Seattle, Washington, August, 2001."
Authors should submit their manuscripts no later than October 15, 2001. Manuscripts must be sent to Gaetano Continillo. If sent in printed format, three copies, printed on one side only, are required. If submitted electronically, it may be as a Microsoft Word document or in any common variant of TeX (including LaTeX, REVTeX, AMS-TeX, etc.). A manuscript may be in English, French or German but must include an abstract, title and list of figure and table captions in English.
Shock Waves
There is not a special issue of Shock Waves devoted to ICDERS manuscripts. Papers will appear as they are accepted, after review and revision, in the appropriate issue. Authors should include this statement in the Acknowledgments at the end of the paper:
"This paper was presented at the 18th International Colloquium on the Dynamics of Explosions and Reactive Systems, Seattle, Washington, August, 2001."
Manuscripts must be submitted for review in double-spaced single-column format to Elaine Oran. If sent in printed format, three copies, printed on one side only, are required. If submitted electronically, it must be in pdf format, with fonts embedded.
Authors should submit their manuscripts by October 15, 2001. If possible it should be submitted earlier, as it will be reviewed by at least two referees before a decision is made. Authors should contact the editor if more time is required to prepare the manuscript.
Authors should supply KEY WORDS describing the manuscript and may suggest the names of potential referees.
