Note to Authors
Data that have been previously presented may be submitted at this conference.  However, oral presentations/posters must contain original content and not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors has published elsewhere, or submitted in parallel to any other conference/workshop that publishes this material in a proceedings or other official publication. Manuscripts that are accepted for publication in the journal Special Issue must fulfill that journal’s copyright criteria for an original paper. Authors are requested to disclose the sponsoring organization for their submitted work.
