Track 4: Train-the Trainer for The Regional Road Maintenance Program

Prerequisite:
Completion of Track 2 and Track 3 or completion of the equivalent WSDOT training courses on the Regional Road Maintenance ESA Program or on erosion and sediment control.



Do your job responsibilities include training other employees in your agency? Would you like to improve your training skills? If so, this course is for you. It has been specially designed for those who currently train, or would like to train others. You will learn dynamic training techniques that can be used in both the classroom and in BMP field demonstration settings. You will use actual lessons from the Regional Road Maintenance ESA Training Program to practice your training skills.

Continuing Education Units

Course participants will earn 1.4 CEUs upon successful completion of this course. The CEU is a nationally recognized measure of participation in a noncredit continuing education program that meets established criteria for increasing knowledge and competency.
