Registration is a prerequisite for admission to all conference functions and includes technical sessions, posters, exhibits, breaks, 3 continental breakfasts, 3 box lunches, and 2 evening receptions. The pre-conference workshops and cruise are optional and separate from BMES conference registration. Conference registration fees are $280 for members ($350 after September 25), $380 nonmembers ($450 late), and $75 students ($100 late). Accompanying guest fees $70 ($90 late) include the welcome reception and Pacific Science Center reception. Additional tickets for special functions may be purchased at the Registration Desk. Join BMES before the close of the conference and credit the differential between nonmember and member registration fees towards first year of BMES membership.
Badges are required for admission to all functions. Conference registration is located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer on the Lobby Level of the DoubleTree Hotel. Registration hours: Wednesday, October 11, 3:00-7:00 p.m.; Thursday through Saturday, October 12-14, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received before September 25 are subject to a $75
cancellation fee. No refunds after September 25. Substitutions are permitted;
just telephone and let us know who will be your replacement.
