INSTRUCTIONS: All conference attendees, including invited speakers, must pay the registration fees (see below). A USD $75.00 penalty fee will be charged for registration cancellation received in writing by the conference registration office on or before September 25, 2000. No refunds are possible after September 25, 2000.

1. Member fees apply to regular members of BMES or IBE. (Non-members may join BMES before the close of the conference and credit the differential between nonmember and member fee towards first year of BMES membership.)
2. Rate applies to all non-members except retired persons and students.
3. Students must bring notice from faculty member showing full-time student status.
