Presentation rooms will be equipped with the following audiovisual equipment*:
The PC will be loaded with Office 2000 (PowerPoint). Please note that in the interest of efficiency we ask all presenters to bring any computer presentation on a100 MByte PC compatible zip disk to be loaded on the provided computer, rather than bringing individual laptops. Mac users should save PowerPoint presentations to a PC formatted zip disk. We will attempt to accommodate other special equipment upon request; any such request should be sent to the BMES Conference Secretariat at bmes@engr.washington.edu by October 2.
