Registration and Fees

Discounted early registration fee: US$525 (deadline July 27, 2007)
Standard registration fee: US$575 (after July 27, 2007)
Student registration Fee: US$175

Regular and Boeing registration fees includes annual society membership fees, admission to all sessions, Monday evening reception, Tuesday evening banquet, CD-ROM with proceedings, conference gift and refreshment breaks.

Student admission does not include the Tuesday evening banquet.

Student or guest banquet tickets will be available for $40.

Fees may be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check or University of Washington budget number.

NOTE FOR AUTHORS
For each paper/presentation submitted and accepted, a designated "presenter" will need to be identified and will be required to register for the conference by the established deadline of July 27th. If the presenter has not registered by the deadline, the paper will not be published in the proceedings and the presentation information will be removed from the conference website and on-site printed program.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees who find that they cannot attend must give notice of cancellation in writing in order to receive a partial refund of the registration fee. Notice of cancellations received on or before August 15, 2007 will be charged a $175 handling fee. No refund is available for cancellations received after that date.
