Conference Registration  Technical Program Registration includes a copy of the technical program proceedings, admission to all receptions and one banquet ticket (except in the case of full-time student registration, which does not include the banquet). Space is limited for the Sept. 12 banquet; early registration is recommended. In the event that a participant registers, but banquet tickets are no longer available, the conference will apply a $30 registration refund.

Refund Policy: Refunds requested in writing received prior to August 15: Full refund minus a $40 processing fee. Written requests for refunds received after August 15 and prior to August 30: The conference will subtract a $40 processing fee from the amount paid and then make a refund of 60 percent of the remainder. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received on or after August 30.
