Icebreaker Reception
Monday, August 3, 1998
5:15 - 8:00 p.m.

All conference attendees are invited to attend the icebreaker reception to be held on Monday evening in the HUB east ballroom (Husky Union Building) on the University of Washington campus. Attendees will enjoy scenic views of Lake Washington and the Cascade mountains while partaking in hors d'ouevres and an assortment of Northwest beers and wines. The reception admission is included with each conference registration. Additional tickets are available at $ 20.00 per person.

Mariner's Baseball Game

Ken Griffey Jr. and the Seattle Mariners will take on the Boston Red Sox August 4. Take advantage of a stress free chartered bus ride to the ballpark from the conference location and receive reduced rate tickets for admission into the game. An optional evening dinner cruise is scheduled for the evening of Wednesday, August 5. The cruise will include a bon voyage toast, harbor tour, a delicious buffet dinner, an entertaining floor show, and the opportunity to dance to your heart's content.
