Author Kit Authors of IEMDC'99 submissions were mailed notification regarding acceptance or rejection of papers. Three-page camera-ready digests were due by February 16, 1999. Instructions for formatting digests for the Conference Proceedings are outlined in the Instructions for the Preparation of Digests document. Instructions for poster and oral presentations at the conference are available in the General Guidelines for Paper Presentation document. The IEEE copyright form must be completed for all accepted papers. At least one author from each paper must register for the conference.
