New Online Registration Procedure

Thank you for using the UW Educational Outreach / EDGE online registration system. This system provides an easy, secure way to register online.

Please read the following information and click the “Continue to Register” link at the bottom of the page.

The cost of some required supplemental materials and fees will not be added to the order until it is processed by UW Educational Outreach.

Fees that do appear on the registration screens:

Tuition: Note that the tuition shown on the registration screen may be replaced by the tuition rate of the program you are enrolled in. (Example: Manufacturing Engineering students)
Technology Fee: UW credit courses are subject to a maximum $41 Technology fee. The registration screen will show the full amount, but may be reduced depending on the number of credits taken.
Registration Fee: All courses through UW Educational Outreach are subject to a $35 nonrefundable quarterly registration fee.

Fees that do not appear on the registration screens:

Media Delivery Fee: If you are selecting delivery of CD-ROM’s or Videotapes, a $100 fee will be added to the transaction. There is no additional fee for Web access to courses.
Services and Activity (S&A) Fee: All students accepted in a degree program pay a maximum of $134 S&A Fee. The specific amount depends on the number of credits taken.

A Transaction Summary confirming your enrollment and total charges will be mailed to you via the postal system within 72 hours of receipt of this registration form. If you wish to know the exact amount of your total order, please call the Registration department at (206) 543-2310.

Transaction Summary/Confirmation

As a result of every enrollment or payment received by UWEO, a transaction summary is mailed the following day as a receipt for payment, and verification of enrollment in a course. The transaction summary provide class information i.e. start and end dates, building location and room number, start and end time, the number of credits, the grade option selected and the method of payment (check, credit card, or third party payer name). The document also includes web links to campus calendars and important dates, our mailing address and the email used to contact registration.
