Visits to Washington State High Schools

Each Spring, Engineering Advising & Diversity Center recruits UW Engineering Students to make visits to various high schools in Washington State. Some students visit their HS alma mater while at home on spring break and others visit local high schools assigned by the College of Engineering. These students talk about their student experiences both at the UW and the College of Engineering.

If you are a UW Pre-Engineering or Engineering student and are interested in making visits to local high schools and/or your high school alma mater during UW's spring break, send email to eadc@u.washington.edu.

If you are a Washington State High School and would like to have a UW Student make a visit to your high school during March or April 2006, email eadc@u.washington.edu. The College of Engineering cannot guarantee a visit to all high schools, however, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For more information on being admitted to the University of Washington as an incoming Freshmen, please visit the Prospective Student Website.
