Recruitment and Outreach
The Engineering Advising & Diversity Center Team recruits a diverse, high-quality student population to study in the College of Engineering and encourages students to persist to degree completion through experiential education, community building, and information about the fields of engineering.

- Bridge: preparing incoming UW students for college and campus experiences
- Academic Support: helping students succeed in courses through tutoring, study centers, academic workshops
- Advising: preparing pre-engineering and transfer students for admission into departments and helping with academic planning, major exploration, career exploration, and connecting students to services and departments
- Student Development: helping students develop professional skills through Co-Op/internship opportunities and Mentoring (peer, professional and graduate student) opportunities.
