The College of Engineering is committed to offering students a first class education by providing hands-on research experience, rigorous class work, and the technological and interpersonal skills they need to succeed. The engineers we educate, and the innovations from our labs, fuel the Northwest economy.

The College of Engineering is proud of have participated in Campaign UW: Creating Futures, which came to a close on July 1, 2008. Thanks to the generosity of alumni, friends and corporate partners we raised over $267.5 million which will enable students and faculty of the College to intensify and expand their impact on economy, health, culture, education, and environment.

Our success as a community of innovators is directly linked to the generosity of our alumni and friends. Because of your support, Engineering students and faculty are tackling some of our region’s most pressing issues in health, transportation, security and sustainability. To help make a gift that is meaningful to you, we invite you to explore the ways in which you can support the College of Engineering or a specific department.
