9:00	Plenary Sessions That's not me… Personalizing Your Image presented by Edree Allen-Agbro, who works to create and sustain more humanely successful leadership and organizations, and Oghale Agbro, workshop presenter and public speaker. A Major Commitment presented by Dan Feetham, UW engineering adviser. Ethics and Ethical Decision-making presented by Prof. Scott Reynolds, UW Associate Professor of Business Ethics Opportunities for Women in the Refining Industry presented by representatives from BP Cherry Point.
