Conference Registration for Students

Thank you for your interest in the Women in Science & Engineering Conference on Saturday, March 2, 2013. We are looking forward to another year of interesting speakers and lively discussion between 200 friends and colleagues. Dress is business casual.

The registration deadline for the 2013 conference is February 22, 2013. All registrations after February 22 will take place at the door of the event, if space is available.

Registration Fees

Fees include conference and networking luncheon.

Students: Half- or full-time students in a high school, college, or university. Remember to bring a picture ID to the conference check-in. $20.
Professionals/parents: Professionals, parents, educators, academic counselors, administrators, industry professionals, etc. $40.
Networking luncheon only: Professional and parents attending networking luncheon, not attending workshops and keynote addresses. $20.

Student Sponsorship

UW students requesting sponsorship must contact their UW department to register for the conference. Non-UW colleges and institutions that would like to sponsor students should contact Conference Services (206.543.7636) to make special arrangements.

What to Expect after You Register

After you register online, you will receive an automatic email verifying that your registration was received. Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation for the WiSE Conference registration. Additional information materials and instructions will be sent to you approximately two to three weeks preceding the conference.
