Due to the unique nature of the Interdisciplinary BS/BSE program it will continue to use a paper-based application. Hard copies of this application may be obtained from the Diversity and Student Service Office in 301 Loew Hall or by calling 206-543-1770. If you need assistance in filling out the application, please contact an adviser in Engineering Advising & Diversity Center.
